COLOMBO - Colombo, the island's largest city, is noisy, frenetic - and just a little crazy. 'No problem' might be the national motto; it's certainly the one phrase everyone knows and can say. While the city holds less obvious interest than many other parts of the island, it's still a colourful enough place and worth a visit to see what makes Sri Lanka tick. KANDY - Undoubtedly the greatest attraction of the city is this building, the Temple of the Scared Tooth Relic or the Dalada Maligawa. It is one of the most sacred places for the Buddhists all over the world. The temple is visited by thousands of devotees every day. NUWARAELIYA – This is the main hill resort of Srilanka and the heart of tea industry. Tourists flock into Nuwaraeliya during March to April ,the busiest season. It offers activities like tea plantation visits, golfing, horse riding, Boating, hiking and of course the beauty of landscaped gardens, waterfalls etc..
Arrival transfer to Kandy. Visit the Elephant orphanage at Pinnawela, Temple of tooth Relic of Lord Budhha and later watch Kandyan cultural performance and fire walking. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 - Kandy Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, leave for Nuwara Eliya, the central Mountains of the Island over 2200 meters above the sea level. Visit a Tea Factory/Estate and water falls en-route. Arrive Nuwara Eliya and visit the Sita Amman Temple (Ramayana) and the city Overnight Nuwara Eliya.
Day 3 - Nuwara Eliya Bentota
After breakfast leave for Bentota. Arrive in Bentota. Afternoon free on the beach. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 - Bentota Colombo
Transfer to Colombo, Arrive Colombo, Visit the city. Over night at the hotel.
Once services are finally confirmed and paid, further changes can be done once before 14 days prior to arrival without any penalty.
The Tour Agency will have to pay the difference of amount between the actual cost of services and initially raised invoice 7 days prior to arrival.
Tour Operator is obliged to provide the clients all services prior reserved and can provide changes and additional services not booked by Tour Agency prior to the tour on tourists' request if available.
Tour Operator shall notify Tour Agency on the changes and shall collect payment from the tourists directly. In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received by the Tour Operator at least 30 days prior to the tourist’s arrival. The date on receiving the request for cancellation will be considered as date of cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation charges for air tickets will be based on the airline policy.
Reconfirmation of the tickets for the tourist will be done only at additional payment, and will be collected directly from the tourist.
Cancellation charges for FIT bookings for hotels only for High Season:
30 to 21 working days prior to arrival - no charge.
Less than 21 days prior to arrival – the penalty in amount of one room/night or according to the contract between the Tour operator and a hotel.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival – the penalty in amount of three room/nights or according to the contract between the Tour operator and a hotel, and 100% for any other services apart from accommodation.
7 days prior to arrival and No-Show – the penalty in amount of 100%.
Cancellation charges for FIT bookings for hotels only for Peak Season:
60 to 45 working days prior to arrival - no charge.
Less than 45 days prior to arrival and No-Show –the penalty in amount of 100%.
Cancellation charges for FIT bookings for hotel only for Low Season:
21 to 15 working days prior to arrival - no charge.
14 - 7 days prior to arrival – the penalty in amount of one room/night or according to the contract between the Tour operator and a hotel, and 100% for any other services apart from accommodation.
Less than 7 days and no show prior to arrival – the penalty in amount of 100%
